Our Mission & Charitable Purpose

Established in 2018 and organized under Section 402 of the New York Not-for-Profit Corporation Law, Pulsatile Tinnitus Foundation Inc is a registered 501(c)(3) charitable non-profit with a core mission to advance charitable, educational, and scientific efforts for pulsatile tinnitus.

Headquartered in Ulster County, New York, our foundation is governed by a board of dedicated directors with expertise in medicine, audiology, and non-profit leadership. We are committed to funding impactful research, creating accessible educational resources, and fostering a supportive community for those living with pulsatile tinnitus.

Per our corporate charter, all assets upon dissolution are distributed to other 501(c)(3) organizations advancing hearing health and tinnitus research, and no net earnings inure to the benefit of private individuals.
